Python and postgresql, insertion script to handle read all available files and move the flies from src to target with email alerts

I'm looking for python 3.x to read a all available .log files and parse the log files and insert the data into postgres to handle status of the available with email alerts. There is a lot of manual work where we need to do lot of loop internally based on the logic on how to handle the parsing the files.
