Python master

I have a python program. It is in 2 parts.
The originator of the program disappears on me. The program works fine, except it is not user-friendly.
Every time I have a new video editor I need the programmer to install it and give directions to the video editor on how to use it.
Your job is to make it possible for my new video editors to install it and follow written instructions on how to use it.
This is the Windows version I have. The program is a voice-to-text program and puts the words on the screen.
