I required an expert who has advance knowledge in the following fields:
1) Python
2) Algorithms
3) Machine learning/data mining
4) Programming (arithmetic, comparison, and logical)
The project will be develop in Python and will perform functions based on data inputs (manual and programmatically). The program will contain 14 or more variables in which comparison or logical functions will be performed. I have existing python code that will incorporate new functions. I will discuss in more detail.
