Python library OpenAI API, Chat, Audio (Whisper), Embeddings, Pinecone

I am looking for an experienced Python programmer who can help me create a Python library that includes OpenAI API, Chatbots, Audio (Whisper) coding, Embeddings and Pinecone. The library should be developed using Python language and I need it to have the capability of integrating APIs. This project is important for my business, so I am looking for someone with expertise in this field. In particular, I need you to create an effective chatbot, specify audio coding and embed it and properly integrate the Pinecone libraries.
