I am looking for a website developer who can create my website using HTML/CSS. Although I do not have a specific design in mind, I have a rough idea of what I want the website to look like. The ideal candidate must have experience in website development and must be proficient in HTML/CSS. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work with me to refine my ideas and bring them to life.
