Python function to sort data in google sheet

I would like a python function that I can call from webhook.py to sort the data in a google spreadsheet.
I will run the function after the data is appended to the spreadsheet.
The data needs to be sorted on the following columns (which should be the primary keys)

A - Tester
B - Test Comment
C - Strategy Model
D - Engine Model
E - Exchange
F - Pair
G - TF
P - Date
Q - Time
R - TradeID
