Python function calibration

The purpose of this job is to implement a code in python that the calibration of a set of five parameters of a function starting from a dataset of points, namely find the values of the parameters that put inside the function give the best fit of the dataset.
When I run the code python gives me a bug but i do not know why.
And if you need me to explain the files do me every questions you want.
