Python for automate some requests and manage one dashboard

Hi guys,
Im searching for an skilled python & html5 coder for automating some tasks. We are an pharmacy store and we offer corona antigen and pcr tests. For each of this test we need first signup the clients if they arent already signed up, and then book them in one of this systems online for checkin users for antigen or pcr tests. So firstly we take the insurance number from client wich is an 10digit number, with that we perfom our first def to get the user details like firstname, lastname and bith date from an page we work with. With this data shown then in dashboard worker decide wich test the client wants to do and wich way he want get in contact about the resulst. Depending on the selection on this dashboard the automation starts searching for the user with his name and birth date in one of the pages we work with for antigen or pcr tests, if user for example is not listed we signup him, or if he is already know we book him. So there are several requests we put in defs, and manage then when to execute wich one. For the needed requests i already isolated them and tested already wich works fine.
Please before you wasint my and your time, be sure that you are the right person for this job. Im reading a lot of 5+, 10+ years of experience and and many done similar jobs in past, then we start coding they didnt complete one right line in python. So just want make you clear, that if you accept the job i first will monitor your creating of first 1-2 defs so be sure if you are the right guy, otherwise we abort the project immediatly. I dont will hire, award anyone before im sure because i already wasted my time in one coder here and dont want reply that again.
In attachment you see the dashboard in short, its an simple dashboard where you put the insurance number in, get user data, choosing contact and decice wich test client wants to do, the rest is automate the code for check if user is registered or not, if not next page is an short form with needed values we need for signup, if he is registered the python code will autobook him on right page to the test and do some other tasks in background like printing the user data on printer, and automate 2clicks in local billing software to get the test billed. Secound attachmend shows you the hole process tree, i created for me to have an good overview about the scenarious wich case to run wich task.
Im also familar with python and html, so i will adive you in any situation and you dont need fully understand the case that will take time we dont need to invest, just follow my advices and we will do it in an quick and easy way if you are really an pro in python!
