Python ffmpeg multiple audio and subtitle

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with a project to integrate ffmpeg into Python 3.6. I need support for both mp4 and mkv output formats, and integrated support for multiple audio and subtitle tracks. This needs to be accomplished in the most efficient manner possible for quick turnaround of the project.
The successful freelancer will be up to date on all current advancements in Python, ffmpeg, and audio/subtitle integration, ensuring that they can complete the project quickly and efficiently.
Experience and/or knowledge with audio and video editing and manipulation software would be a plus.
The successful freelancer should be able to communicate clearly and promptly, providing continual updates and progress on the project.
The successful freelancer should also be able to provide support and guidance after the completion of the project.
