Python fast api refresh token and code clean up

I have a Python fast api. where I have some login with something different, all burgers have different rights. and the access token they for when the login expires, so I have to use a refresh token where I can get a new access token.
and then the code must be cleaned up, it is not written as neatly as I would like it to be.
