Python expert required -- 5

It is a python programming small project. Please extract the zip and download github files & check pdf requirement. I think there are some parts missing in the pdf and I have screenshot in a zip folder name "screenshots.zip". Warning: Don't use python inbuilt list or dictionaries. Only use the data structure given in the Github folder. Please take note of the red boxes in the pdf requirement. If you have any question, then see if can be done by tomorrow, if not also let me know when can be done, and also the charges!
