Python or C++ expert needed

I need to generate all patterns for image generations using best algorthims approach. For python, Its better to use argparser for any variables or conditions. IN the end, I can provide the number of count and that many output images should be generated. You can use Python or C++. I cannot pay more than the budget assigned.
