Python and django CRM

I am looking for a Python and Django developer to create a CRM system with specific features such as customer management. The ideal candidate should have intermediate level expertise in Python and Django. The project should be completed within a month.

Hello I am junior python and django web developer looking I have built Mobile phone repair CRM where we can manage clients details
Mobile and laptop details
Repair details
Inventory control
Staff logins
Staff Check in and check out
And few other small features

I need to add some more features to this CRM
Like Every part in inventory registered has ID number it should have QR code for scanning purpose to make process fast.

Same QR code for every phone or laptop booked in for repair .

Some referrel reward system

Also extract all expences of the day and deduct them in end of day report to get Net profit for that day.

I have also built visual dashboards for parts, repairs etc so it gives idea hows retail shop or company performing.. ( But these visual dashboards needs to be More interactive )
