Python discord bot -- 2

Hello I am a admin in a server that needs a good bot.
I have a hosting web for the bot.
I need the files of the bot only.
The bot with python
the features of the bot:
1. Xp, Levels (I want to me to can add specific users id that that users will get doble xp), Leaderboard (command).
I want a command that only that users with the ids will can use that will give a user a xp and one more command that will remove from someone xp.
2. A safety bot that will delete a massages contains a server invite (he will not delete if the user has one of the ids)
and more safe features.
3. a join massages channel and a left massages channel.
4. a statues channel (number of members) .
5. a the only approved ids commands:
warn, ban, kick, timeout, and all the regular commands.
6. Any thing that you think will be helpful ! and good!
but if there is a command that is strong approve it only to the approved ips.
7. Add the bot features like mee6 and dyno!
please if you can add notes in texts so I will know where to put everything!
