Python development-sports arbitrage trading-sure bets

We require the services of a small group of expert Python ??? programmers , preferably from Pakistan, to develop for us , a sports arbitage trading -sure bets program ., the following details should be noted.
1. this is NOT a website job and it is NOT an SEO job.
2. The requirement is to write a program that will compare the odds for the same sport -competition - match -wager type-teams, identifying arbitrage trading opportunities , from 10 online sportsbooks , saving them to a suitable table , for online selling.
3.Only those reply beginning with , " arbs job " will be considered.
4. It is an hourly based job , a lot of hours are involved , so the hourly rates offered , will be very important in awarding the work.
5. No money will be paid in advance , all payments will be made in AUD ( Australian $$ only ) and we will be employing a Python expert project manager .
6. We have mentioned Python as the preferred code , actually any modern code is acceptable provided it can handle the work and can be largely - added to in the future.
7. To begin with ,we will provide just 4 of the eventual 10 portsbooks , they will already have been parsed for the required data, the software should then be written , and when it is shown it is running correctly , (actually ID arbs), the remaining 6 books will be provided , more sports and wager types etc added .
8. As previously mentioned , this work is more suited to a small group of programmers , in preference to sole traders .Past experience has shown that sole traders , after some time , want to move on an work on something else, plus sickness and accidents etc would affect the running of the program , it must be kept running 24/7
