I am looking for an expert Python developer to help with a data analysis project. I have clear instructions, but no existing code to base the project on. The job will involve taking data and creating a dashboard for reporting purposes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about data management, and have experience in creating dashboards from gathered data.
