Python developer with experience in metaheuristics and graph neural networks

I'm looking for a freelancer to code few algorithms and code the solutions of a number of combinatorial optimization problems for open-source educational materials I'm developing.
Job Requirements:
Python developer with strong programming skills
Strong background on algorithms and data structures
