Python developer for crypto pool

I am looking for a python developer min 3 yrs of experience. I would prefer someone who have knowledge of cryptocurrency blockchain and would prefer if somebody knows chia pool reference.
We already have a chia pool and I need someone for long term to manage it.
I need atleast attention once in two days to check that everything on pool is running fine.
Issues and enhancements in pool code.
