Python developer - Scraping 5 websites

Hi there,
I am looking for a Python developer who will amend the existing Python scraper code.
There are 5 websites with listings of car data and the code has been developed already.
The goal is: scrape data (urls provided) -> insert results to MySQL database (table and db is ready) -> send email of the fresh results to the provided email.
Current solution works already, however, need to update it to accommodate to latest Python version of 3.10 and also to implement the best practice with the code and maintain readability and cleanness.
