Python developer - High School or University Student

You must live in the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, Latin America, or the Caucasus.
I am looking for a high school or university student who will help me build an Internet of things (IoT) device. You will use MicroPython on the ESP32. ESP32 is somewhat similar to Arduino.
You do not need to have any experience to work with me on this project. Why not? Because I would prefer to work with a person who is inexperienced yet very intelligent, rather than a person who is experienced, but not very intelligent. You will need to prove to me that you are a very intelligent person.
Normally, you must work five days per week for one hour each day. You would be able to choose the five days that are convenient for you. You may work at any hour of the day (or night) that you prefer but you must work for one hour each day.
