Python developer

I am looking for a Python developer who can assist with data analysis tasks in civil engineering and apply deep lea. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python and be comfortable working with libraries such as Pandas and Numpy. However, if you have general Python knowledge, that would also be acceptable. The tasks should be completed within a week.
