Python, ML and AI developer
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a Python, ML and AI developer who can help me create an image animation tool with AI. Preferably coded in a Google Collab to make sure there are not local compatibility issues with my GPU, etc...
The idea is that I upload an image of a character (it might be a real photo or a cartoon character) and a voiceover. Then the code generates a .mp4 video with the image moving the mouth and other facial expressions as if it was reading the voiceover.
I found some repositories that could be useful to get this done but they are all image + video to video instead of image + audio to video. See these:
