We are using bCNC (v 0.9) software in our company which is designed on Python (we can explain you more about bCNC software). Our version of bCNC is run on Python 2.7.16 only. Please We will send you the file of bCNC in Zip format. In that folder there are many python files. We can send you installation method also & it is very simple.
Requirements: So basically, we want to run coolant commands automatically by using CNC code (which are M8 for coolant ON & M9 for coolant OFF) with "RUN" & "PAUSE" button accordingly. For example, when operators click on "RUN" button so coolant should be ON automatically & when operators click on "PAUSE" button then Coolant should be OFF automatically & it should be automatically ON also as the operator clicks on "RESUME" button. For that you have to find proper file or maybe files & you have to work on them. We have some hint also but we can't help you more in details. But don't worry we will help you as much as we can & give you all the things which is necessary for this work.
Hint: All the commands & functions are predefined. In that bCNC folder there is a "__Main__.py" file. We already did something in this file and its ON the coolant command automatically as we click on "RUN" button (we will send you that modified file later). So, maybe you have to work on this file only or maybe in other files we don't know. But we already did the half work. Now we are only looking for someone who modify the proper python file to OFF the coolant command automatically as we click on "PAUSE" button & it should be automatically ON also as we click on "RESUME" button. You can see the "RUN", "PAUSE", "STOP" button and many things in the image of bCNC in "Job" tab which is attached.
Work to do: You just have to look all the Python files carefully which are in bCNC folder. Then you have to do the coding in the right file for OFF the coolant command automatically as we click on "PAUSE" button & have to do the coding for ON the coolant command automatically as we click on “RESUME” button.
