Python dev needed for character-tracking software using blizzard api

I want to use the api to track any character that appears in the api. I need to be able to enter a characters name, the server they play on, and the ability to select which region they're in. There's a url that can be used to do this, I can link you the details to the api documentation once we decide on a price. This shouldn't take more than an hour to set up.
