Python and deep learning program help

I need help to compile and run a deep learning python program successfully. The program was about 3 years old and some packages are having compatible issues. Certain package adjustment and code modifications will be needed to have the code run correctly with the latest python.

The delivery should be a runnable venv virtual environment with the proper packages installed. Both training and detection should be able to run correctly. A test image will be used to ensure the model runs properly.
