Python data transmission between several remote pc and a local pc

I have several computers in different places. All of theme have an internet acces. I need these remote computers to send dat to a single computers in my office using python script (more details in attached picture). These scripts must be able to handle connexion loss (reconnect, check what was sent and what was transmitted). Datas are stored in a data base on each side
