Python data manipulate

I have a set of Python data , which is exported from an engineering analysis program (ANSYS), need to be done with some searching, replacing, re-ordering, and simple calculations. The exported data is in tuple format, which is easy to resize to Numpy array (string). The speed of code running is priority, so being familiar with Numpy array, Pandas data is important.
