Python data cleaning module

This is an open task, assumptions can be made. Scenario is taking data from LinkedIn profiles. Implement a data cleaning module in python jupyter notebook which validates, parses and cleans the inputs name, e-mail address, url, phone number, HTTP url, address. Assumptions need to be set and stated clearly. Arguments need to be validated, error checking, and raise error if input is invalid.
