Python custom indicators

I am a trader and quantitative researcher that needs assistance turning a combination of written and spoken requirements into a set of several standalone python scripts that each define indicators so that I can use that as inputs to a genetic system builder called Build Alpha. Must have experience with programming around time series data as used in finance application for trading indicators and systems.
