Python counting number of running objects in a treadmill

I am looking for a Python developer who can help me with a project that involves counting the number of running objects. This should be from real-time RTSP streams and should count the objects properly.
Specifically, I am interested in counting a specific type of object, which in this case is custom objects.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong proficiency in Python and OpenCV
- Good knowledge in SciKit and Blob detection
- Knowledge of memory management techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with tracking objects
