Python to connect Jira REST API and fetch all the Jira tickets and generates CSV file

Hallo All,
I wanted to use Python to connect to Jira REST API and fetch all the Jira tickets and generates CSV file. I have to use proxy setting and dont want to use Username/Password for connection to Jira Url.
Unfortunately due to proxy issue and security reason i cannot provide Jira url. If its possible to work with any test Jira environment then i can replace my URL at the end.
