Python coding and analysis of car traffic data

In this project you'll need to improve the existing code to create polygones of highway traffic shape files. You'll then need to process the data to extract information about each car on the highway such as the current lane, etc. At the end you'll also need to apply several statistical measures to gather more information such as the amount a car changes a lane and other statistical analysis measures.
Project needs to be completed within 3-4 days.
