Python code modification- charting

I have a python code that is currently designed to create a chart based on an online Google Sheet. I would like this code configured to create a chart using an Excel sheet. The project should be very straightforward to anyone with a detailed knowledge of Python, since it entails just modifying a few lines of existing code. Preference will be given to bids under $20
