Python code into SDK for ios/android

I have requirement to convert a python package into an ios/android SDK. The sdk will have only one feature. The feature is a function which takes an image and returns the output as string.

Possible python packages used are opencv, tensorflow lite, basic python libraries, pandas, numpy etc
