Python code to generate ID cards

I have a template for the front and back of the card. The card templates also have text that the code will fetch from our database but we will pass these as command line arguments. I will share the template and also the sample card how it looks like. The front has a photo section and a qr code section also but the two reside in the C:\photos folder. So each member should have their photo and qr fetched from the folder. The qr and photo are saved with the members numbers.
