Python code along with word document and 3 minute video describing it

I'm looking for a freelancer who knows Python programming to create a code that performs a specific set of tasks. The code should be compatible with Windows platforms and should be provided along with a word document and accompanying video. The tasks the code should address are not specific, but any complicated code will do. The deliverables should include Python source code, a word document and a 3 minute video describing the code. If you think you would be a great fit for this project, I'd love to hear from you!
