I'm seeking a skilled Python developer with relevant AI experience to create a virtual personal assistant. The important output is that this assistant should be connected to the web and also capable of interacting with chatgpt to respond to users effectively. (There is allready over 1000 lines of coding done and you will ofc be providede with that, tho after moving it to another computer i cant het it to work couse of the import(s) so i need help with that incl explanasions and so on so i know what i did wrong.

The needed interaction method is via voice commands and responses. This assumes that the designed AI assistant must be capable of understanding voice inputs and also returning voice responses punctually and accurately. Therefore, prior experience in voice recognition and processing is highly appreciated.
