Python checkin/checkout flow

Hi!
We need a freelancer to create two python applications. One for our checkin (ShopReturn) and one for our checkout(ShopDelivery) flow.
We scan shipping labels when we send and receive packages. The shipping labels contains a datamatrix that we scan with a datamatrix scanner.
When we ship to the costumer the label is called a ShopDelivery. Example output from the scanner:
A*Shell Barde*Herningvej 41*Videb058987**12345**
When we receive a package the label is called ShopReturn. Example output from the scanner:
A*Selfiecam ApS*Himmelev Bygade 78A*Roskilde**12345**
The costumers ID is in this case 12345. A return label can be detected by matching the string "Selfiecam ApS".
When a label is scanned the application should send a GET request to our server with the ID and a tell if it is a ShopDelivery or ShopReturn label. The server will then return a comment, if there is a comment attached to the ID.
For the ShopDelivery application, there should be an alarm if a shopReturn is scanned. And on the ShopReturn application there should be an alarm if a shopDelivery is scanned. The alarm should also include a sound.
Please see attached photos of how we would like it to look. On the left side there is a history of labels scanned. And on the screen it will show the label that is scanned with the comment (if there is a comment).
