Python-based automation tool and need improvements

Add support for Vasuli (Recovery) entries (currently only Vitran is working)
Skip already processed records using Excel status tracking
Optimize performance (avoid reloading pages repeatedly)
Add resume functionality (continue from last processed record)
Improve data handling for multiple records
Reduce final EXE file size
You Have to Submit Final Working Source code With functionality.

Skills Required:

Python
Automation (Selenium or similar)
Excel handling (pandas, openpyxl)

Deliverables:

Updated working software
Source code
Optimized executable (.exe)
