Python-based Dog Breed Identification Model

I need a Python model for my college exam that can identify a dog from an image and classify its breed. The model should work with input images, not videos or live camera feeds. It should be able to recognize as many dog breeds as possible, not just a specific list or a few common ones. The main requirement is that the model should have high accuracy, even if it operates slower.
