Python backend server with multithread

I want to build Python backend server which have multiple classes and backed on frontend request, it runs in multiple threads, Start / Stop will be triggered from frontends e.g., if someone wants to play any song it click on start and server will work to start and play song. similar for stop..
I need POC of the project and if it suits my whole requirement then i will go further for major project
