I am looking for a strong back-end development support for a startup company. We are building a data product for retail and institutional investors. We track a high volume of events that we use to create insights.
We need the following:
- Set up systems that monitor different data sources
- Create data tables automatically in the Postgres database on certain events
- Set up systems that process data
- Set up a streaming data API (open to suggestions on technology to use, e.g. Kafka)
- Committing code with git and maintaining your own development branch.
- Improving the data architecture
Not interested in working with agencies. I have a technical background myself and will work with you to improve the system and review your code etc.
This is a long term role hopefully we can get more done.
