Python audio task

We need strong python for ongoing task.
Currently now we have video/audio project. The current milestone is as following
You have this sample - https://temptodelete42.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/sample.zip It contain three mp3 files.
first.mp3 starting from 00:00 have same sound like third.mp3 02:53:08
second.mp3 starting from 00:00 have same sound like third.mp3 03:14:11
You will need to find this information using Python – where the audio is the same inside mp3 files
After search in google it seems that the solution is possible using Praat library in Python, this document explain how to find common audio in two mp3 files http://www.dsg-bielefeld.de/dsg_wp/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/video_syncing_fun.pdf
If you have other solution except Praat library it’s also fine, but it must work inside Python
