Python application will be packaged

I have a Python-based Telegram bot application that I coded entirely by AI. It uses Pyside6. The application runs smoothly from the command line. However, I'm having trouble packaging it. It doesn't work as an exe. I want the application to be an installable file. It's important that it launches when the computer boots up.
