Python app developer needed for Image processing

Our requirement is the create a mobile app to perform the following

1. Convert raw image file .dng to .tif format - POC should be completed to award this project upon verifying the quality of the image.
2. Image cropping should be done on the converted image file
3. Cropped image should be converted into grey scale
4. Then the pixel value should be converted into intensity value
5. Finally a graph should be plotted for intensity vs wavelength

Mobile app should have options to capture or upload the .dng image format. (Adobe RGB 8Bit color space is preferred)
Image cropping option should be provided inside the app
Options to convert cropped image into grey scale value
The pixel value of the value should be converted into intensity value and a graph should be plotted vs wavelength
The input file and .tif file, cropped file, grey scale converted file and out graph should be saved into the cloud storage.

Input image file for conversion will be provided to cross check the quality of the output.
