Python + WordPress Web Scraping Wizard

I want to scrape a website which I want:
- Outstanding image
- Qualification
- Category
- Description
- Tags
There are some categories that are the years with which I want to form the title of the entry and it looks like this
Title (2023)
The information must be placed in my WordPress in draft format, the script must be executed every 3 hours if it finds new data, publish it.
Before programming, pages 1 to 3 must be extracted to capture the content and then leave the cronjob activated.
The website to be worked on is made in Wordpress
The one where the data will be entered is done in wordpress
If you need to upload something to the server, access is given via anydesk or teamviews
My budget ranges from 30 to 70 USD, I am looking for someone to work long term on this and other projects.
