Python Webhook receiver that uploads data into Google Sheets

I want a python webhook receiver script that runs continuously on a Linux (CentOS 9) host and waits for data.
I want to send CSV data to the webhook, then have the script write the CSV data into a Google Sheets document and converted into colums.
It must append more data onto the same google sheet doc when more CSV data is sent to the webhook.
