Python Web scraping Expert is needed

We are looking for a python developer to write a script to web scrape 3 websites (Linkedin jobs, Monster and Indeed) to get us a list of companies/jobs looking for some skills

The Script is simple, it should take as an input:
- List of locations, example : Spain, France, UK
- List of skills, example: Python, nodejs
- time range (days) , example: 30 to get all the listing for last 30 days

And as an output we expect to get an excel file with :
- Column 1: Name of the company
- Column 2: Job listing date
- Column 3: The matching skills ( one or many from the list in the input)
- Column 4: contact email or phone if it was mentioned in the job description
- Column 5: Location
- Column 6: Source of the job listing ( Linkedin, or indeed or monster )
- Column 7: link for the job listing
