Python Web Scraping Script -- 2

I have an existing Python scrape that I need modified so it will work again or a new script written that will scrape multiple URLs with the exact same list layout and to extract details from links within those URLs. The URLs will be either comma separated in the Python script or preferably imported from a text or csv file so I can add or remove URLs as needed. The output will be to a csv file with the columns laid out as indicated below. The starting URLS are listed below as well as images detailing what should be captured in the scrape. As it is a very simple script preference will be given to those who can complete it both accurately and quickly. The existing script is also included.
