Python Web Scraper Optimization

I'm in need of a Python developer who can quickly debug and optimize 5 web scraping scripts. The optimized scraper should be able to:
- Perform comprehensive data collection
- Thoroughly clean and standardize data
- Effectively remove any duplicates
- Enhance the INCI Decoder and SkinCarisma data
- Deliver data in consistent JSON/CSV formats

The main goal of this project is to have a robust, efficient, and reliable scraper that can automate data collection from various websites and populate a database with the scraped data. I need this project completed ASAP.
